Installation
1. The heater should be connected in a parallel manner, and after installation, it should be ensured that the heater is level, stable, and of reasonable height. The fan should be placed on the wall to maintain a certain space, greater than100mmJust enough.
2. The installation bracket or other related accessories used to fix the heater are not included in the heater product and should be provided by the user.
3. Diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes of the warm air blower(DN40~ DN80)
4. The inlet and outlet pipes can be connected using threaded or welded connections.
5. Valves should be installed on the inlet connection.
6. After adjusting the air outlet louver, use the ingot nut on the louver adjustment handle to fix it.
7. The power and voltage of the heater motor are shown in the chart380vThe wiring should be operated by a professional electrician.
8. Before powering on the fan for the first time, observe whether there are any foreign objects near the impeller and swing the impeller to see if there is any scraping or collision during rotation.
9. After the fan is powered on, observe whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct, and determine whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct based on the direction of the air outlet.
Instructions and precautions for use
1. The installation form is shown in the figure.
2. The heater should be matched with the corresponding heat medium pipeline system, and a shut-off valve should be installed on the return pipe of the heater. A venting device should be installed on the entire pipeline system.
3. The heat medium pipeline system must be cleaned before connecting to the heater, and a drain valve should be installed under each heater.
4. For the convenience of adjusting the water flow rate of each heater in the system, it is best to design the system in the same program.
